  • 7 days advance reservations are required for all packages and activities before visit date.

  • No replacement will be provided for expired packages.
  • Any postponement to the visit date will need to be communicated to the Destination Concierge team minimum 7 days in advance and with postponement approval conducted on a case to case basis. Visit dates postponement must be within the validity period specified.
  • Price does not include transportation to and from Desaru Coast, Johor.
  • The package is not applicable for re-sale. Desaru Coast, their affiliates, and hotels reserve the right not to honour packages purchased outside of the official booking platforms.
